Wesler Cuesta, from the 'Embarked Youth Group' of Colombia, participated in the Green Zone of the COP16 that took place in Cali. The COP is the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Conference on Biological Diversity. In 2024 it was held from October 21st to November 1st in Cali, Colombia.
